Boss Fight meme the second

Something something, gonna have a bad time, etc
So it's come down to this: Maybe you've always been foes. Maybe you used to be allies. Hell, maybe you've never met face to face. But regardless- this person is all that stands between you and your goals, your happy ending or maybe even your most precious person. There's no going back, a confrontation is immanent.
Everyone's wanted to have an IC excuse be the big bad guy, to flex all their powers with no hesitation. To be the Final Boss! This is your chance to go nuts and unleash your inner badass.
Of course not all battles are violent.
Good Luck.
- Any AUs, settings, or set ups are allowed! Use your characters' canon powers or make new ones out of whole cloth. Feel free to twist your characters motivations a little if they just aren't the Big Bad type... or just tag others as the Hero. What's a game without a Protagonist, after all?
- Regardless, remember the Golden Rule. Pulling out powers that might upset someone or godmode is no fun. When in doubt, ask!
- Top Levels are the Big Bad! If you don't have a character that you can fit into such a role it's fine, but ONLY TAG INTO TOP LEVELS. Don't throw up a top level looking for villains to come to you. Remember: regardless of the meme's over the top wording, the antagonist is not always a bad person, they are just someone with opposing goals.
- While it's not required, a little blurb about what scenarios you are most interested or even an idea of your abilities might be helpful!
- ... Boss Battle music is also not required, but encouraged.

Powerswise, he's a strong martial fighter and is as likely to slice your head off with a sword as he is to beat you with a nail bat, but he doesn't specifically have any magic.]
TF verse- R3?
Still, something must have gone REALLY wrong after they escaped, for things to be happening again. Takumi's anger was a bit more personal- the Mastermind had tried to use his anger towards certain people back home to try and manipulate him against the others. It almost worked... if not for the others rallying around him he might have done something awful-
-again. It wasn't enough to make up for his sins back home, but he was going to try.
In his conversations with the Mastermind family came up a lot. Based on the dossiers they found he had an idea who it might be.
It was time to walk into the last room, with no idea what might be inside.]
hella, I'm pumped
The Mastermind waits for everyone to take their accounted places before he speaks.]
Believe you have some things you might want to say to me, Captives. Please, go right ahead.
[His voice is as polite and friendly as ever - or, as usual. There was that time a certain Captive he'd been on good terms with had died, and his tone had turned icy as he announced their death and the need to search for their murderer.
But to hear him now, you wouldn't know how painful an execution he'd given that murderer.]

You're surprisingly calm, considering.

[He sounds like he's smiling.]
If I wanted to make you play until the last man standing, I would. You're here because I want you to be.

[He snarls, gripping his bow- he had brought the awkward modern weapon all the way from the main building and the range there. Along with a sword he got from the prize machine... though it was a bulky Nohrian style weapon that he was loathe to even touch originally. But if it came to a fight he was ready]
Would you have even let them go if they HAD won?
no subject
[He's not any less friendly-sounding for Takumi's rising anger.]
You're all free to leave as soon as you're done here, for whichever world you so choose. Even you, Vengeful.
no subject
He could live if he wanted to. But that would mean abandoning his homeland. He wasn't sure he could do that]
That won't bring back the dead.
no subject
[For the first time, the Mastermind sounds... regretful, almost.]
Can't do anything for more than the people I can bring here. Whatever's happened to your worlds in this time has happened, and can't be undone. Can't go back on what happened to you before you came here, either.
I'm a Mastermind, not a sorcerer.

Now they were likely all dead- even Corrin would likely die at his hands if he went back. At least if he had never come here he wouldn't have had these weeks and weeks of clearmindedness to be able to regret.
And wouldn't have lost even more people here, either]
Don't... don't you dare try to sound like you feel anything now.
no subject
[Genuine confusion.]
Haven't lost that ability just yet. Maybe this wouldn't have happened if I had.

no subject
Don't think it's so bad. Wasn't for me. Or maybe that's just retrospect.
no subject
... because you started a new family during yours?
no subject
So you know my name, don't you?
no subject
But now wasn't the time for that]
Dedicated, right?

Cherryblod was many things, but when it came to creativity, his best aspect was in killing people - not in putting on a show. That was better left to people who had long since left them.
So a panel in the wall opens up, rearranges itself, and a man in a suit steps out onto a newly-formed balcony.]
Pleasure to meet you in person, Vengeful. Knew you could figure things out.
[There's a glass of wine in his hand and a smile on his face.]
